  2. Are you an administrator or a user?
  3. Which browser are you using?
  4. What exactly happened? (error number, error message, screenshot would be perfect!)
  5. Situation (what you were aiming to perform, sequence of your activities, and which stage of the process failed).
  6. What you’ve been doing (with INDICA) before the problem occurred? (e.g. you’ve been exporting tags, there was a power cut in the office, you just came in after the weekend and nothing works).
